The Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO) was established by the Government of Jamaica to promote and encourage investment and export production through the effective delivery of first-rate and comprehensive business advisory services to private investors.
The organization has an experienced team of professionals ready to provide expert insight and assistance in investment, trade, training, export promotion and industry modernization.
JAMPRO develops and implements programmes to encourage expand and diversify investments; modernize the production and management systems of companies as well as stimulate growth of exports from Jamaica. The organization’s focus is to support the development of businesses in Agriculture and Agro-industry, Information Technology and International Business, Leisure Industry (Tourism, Film and Music), Manufacturing and Mining.
The company facilitates various types of government approvals on behalf of investors including approval for incentives, film and mining licences, work permits and visas, land, building and other approvals.
