Robert Holt has twenty years in credit and collections management. This has included five years with a prominent factoring company located here in Baltimore. Until recently, he was also president of the South Carroll Business Association for the past three years. Holt serves on the Special Education Citizen's Advisory Council for Carroll County, and serves as the Vice President of the Board of Spectrum Support, a non-profit agency that assists those with developmental disabilities. He and his wife are team captains for the Walk Far for NAAR, a fundraising walk for Autism Research.
